1-Response and relif-

2-Rehabilitation & reconstruction-

3-Mitigation-
Any action taken to minimize the extent of a disaster is known as mitigation . Mitigation can take place before, after or during disaster.
4-Preparedness-
It involves measures that enable governments, communities and individuals to respond rapidly to disaster situation and cope with them effectively.
